The Tenants must pay the Landlord $18,104.51 less any payments made after December 28, 2022, which represents the rent owing up to March 20, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $70.78 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting March 21, 2023 until they move out.
