What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenants failed to pay the full rent for November 2022 by the specified date.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 20, 2023. Tenants must pay $7,843.49 plus $54.90 per day from February 10, 2023, until they vacate the unit. If not paid by February 20, 2023, interest will accrue at 5% annually. The Landlord may file for eviction with the Sheriff starting February 21, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
