The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 20, 2023. Tenants must pay $7,843.49 plus $54.90 per day from February 10, 2023, until they vacate the unit. If not paid by February 20, 2023, interest will accrue at 5% annually. The Landlord may file for eviction with the Sheriff starting February 21, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
