What happened
Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them regarding the use of a parking spot included in their tenancy agreement.
The ruling
The Landlord must honour the term of the tenancy agreement that allows the Tenants to use parking spot #3 without any additional fee. The Landlord must also pay the Tenants' application filing fee of $48 by January 3, 2022, with interest accruing at 2% annually if not paid on time.
