What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The Board finds it would be unfair to set aside the eviction order, as the Tenant has failed to comply with the previous order and has not demonstrated an ability to pay rent on time going forward. The tenancy is terminated effective May 15, 2021, and the Tenant must pay the Landlords any outstanding amounts owed.
