Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated on May 7, 2021. The Tenants shall vacate the rental unit on or before May 7, 2021. If the Tenants do not vacate by May 7, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement of the eviction.
