The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 15, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $27,622.76 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $59.18 per day starting March 5, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants pay $29,390 on or before March 15, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
