The ruling
The parties agreed to resolve all the issues in the application and further agreed to the LTB issuing an Order on consent confirming their agreement. The Tenants shall pay $7,004.42 to the Landlord, including $6,818.42 in rent arrears and $186 application fee, in installments from February to August 2024. The Tenants shall also pay the lawful monthly rent on or before the 1st of each month from February to August 2024, or until the arrears are paid in full. If the Tenants fail to make any one of the payments, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
