The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by February 20, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $8,223.82 plus $25.68 per day from February 10, 2023 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 20, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
