The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 19, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,336.74 (less any amount paid after January 27, 2021) and $32.42 per day for compensation starting February 9, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 19, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
