What happened

The tenancy will be terminated on June 17, 2023 unless the Tenants pay $20,066 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by June 17, 2023 and pay the Landlords $13,910.29 plus daily compensation of $92.05 from May 26, 2023 until move-out.
