The ruling

The Tenant has paid all rent arrears for the period ending March 31, 2020. The Tenant is ordered to pay the $175 application filing fee to the Landlord by March 21, 2020. If the Tenant does not pay the fee by the due date, the Tenant will start owing interest at 3% annually on the outstanding balance.
