What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The previous order CEL-00380-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must move out by September 28, 2021. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $7,133.86, which includes rent arrears, application fee, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants shall also pay $41.10 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting September 18, 2021 until they move out.
