What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 15, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,875 in rent arrears and $36.16 per day in compensation starting December 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 15, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction.
