What happened

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $3,870.00 in arrears through a repayment plan of $484.00 per month from March 2021 to October 2021. The Tenant shall also pay the monthly rent on or before the 25th of each month during this period. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
