What happened

The tenancy was terminated effective April 30, 2022, the date the Tenants vacated the rental unit. The Tenants are ordered to pay $4,011.00 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears and the cost of filing the application. Interest will be charged on any outstanding balance after October 30, 2022.
