What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent and persistent late payment of rent. The ruling

The Tenant must pay $5,485.05 to the Landlord, plus daily compensation of $37.91 starting August 31, 2021 until the unit is vacated. The Landlord's application to evict the Tenant for persistent late payment is denied, subject to the Tenant paying rent on time for the next 12 months.
