What happened

The ruling
The only part of the application that proceeded was the claim for rent arrears. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $16,330.00 in rent arrears and $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 2, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
