What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $18,342.84 by March 31, 2023. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by March 31, 2023, and pay $14,345.71 plus $75.85 per day from March 9, 2023, until move-out. The Tenant may file a motion to void the order if full payment is made before the Sheriff enforces eviction.
