What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated, as of March 31, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit forthwith, if he has not already done so. If the unit is not vacated on or before May 11, 2021, then starting May 12, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
