What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent and breach of conditions specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenant failed to pay lawful monthly rent for November 2022 on or before November 1, 2022, violating the conditions set in the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by February 21, 2023. The Tenant is ordered to pay $12,629.32 to the Landlord, representing rent arrears up to February 10, 2023, less the rent deposit and interest.
