What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 23, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $5,838.02, which includes rent arrears, compensation, and the application fee, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay $38.64 per day for use of the unit starting October 13, 2021 until they move out. If the full amount is not paid by October 23, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
