What happened

The landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant due to the tenant's failure to meet the conditions specified in a mediated settlement issued by the Board on January 27, 2020.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the tenant must move out by August 15, 2020. The tenant must pay the landlords $2,400.06 (less any amount paid after the application was filed) and $33.47 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting April 1, 2020 until the tenant moves out. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by August 15, 2020, the tenant will owe interest starting August 16, 2020.
