What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant requested a review of the order, claiming he did not receive the notice of hearing and was not reasonably able to participate. The Landlord's representative submitted evidence that the notice of hearing was sent to the Tenant by email and mail, and the Tenant had not made any rent payments since the application was filed.
