What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation. The Landlords served the Tenant with an N12 notice for this purpose.

The ruling

The Landlords' application is dismissed. The N12 notice served by the Landlords was invalid as it failed to identify which of the listed occupants would be occupying the unit.
