What happened

Landlord applied for termination of tenancy and eviction due to Tenants' failure to meet conditions specified in a previous Board order. Tenants failed to pay full rent arrears and comply with payment agreements.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 4, 2022, unless Tenants void the order by paying the specified amounts. Tenants must pay $5,774.88 plus $60.82 per day from February 11, 2022, until they vacate. Tenants have the option to void the eviction by paying $7,426.00 by February 28, 2022, or $9,276.00 by March 4, 2022.
