What happened

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,813.00, which includes $1,627.00 for arrears owing up to November 30, 2022 and $186.00 for the application fee. The Tenant shall pay $100.00 on or before the 1st day of each month from December 2022 to May 2024, and $13.00 on or before June 1, 2024. The Tenant shall also pay the full rent on or before the 1st of each month from December 2022 to June 2024 or until all arrears are paid, whichever is sooner. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant, or may ask the LTB to reopen the application.
