The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 23, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,592.52 plus $27.95 per day starting November 13, 2020 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 23, 2020, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
