What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to the Landlord's requirement of the rental unit for residential occupation by the Landlord's son.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated by November 30, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting December 1, 2021.
