What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 29, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $25,450.70, which includes compensation for use of the unit, less the rent deposit, and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 29, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
