What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated effective September 30, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated by September 30, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
