What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective May 4, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $13,427.33 plus $47.67 per day starting April 24, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by May 4, 2021, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
