What happened

The tenancy was terminated effective September 30, 2020, the date the Tenants vacated the rental unit. The Tenants are ordered to pay $1,595.00 in rent arrears and $201.00 for the application filing fee, for a total of $1,796.00 to be paid by March 29, 2021. If not paid by then, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
