The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 16, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,476.42, representing rent arrears, application fee, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay $25.10 per day in compensation for use of the unit from December 1, 2021 until move-out. If the full amount is not paid by January 16, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
