The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 28, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $3,573.67 plus $49.32 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting June 18, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 28, 2021, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
