The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by April 11, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,565.86 plus $35.28 per day starting April 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 11, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
