What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent arrears as per a previous order. The Tenant failed to meet the conditions specified in the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by April 11, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,565.86 plus $35.28 per day starting April 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 11, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
