What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The parties reached a settlement and requested a consent order.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay $2,195.95 to the Landlord in installments by November 9, 2023. The Tenant shall also pay new rent on time and in full as it comes due until the arrears are paid or November 30, 2023, whichever is earlier. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the outstanding balance becomes immediately due and the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
