The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 21, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,422.82 plus $36.10 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting February 11, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 21, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
