What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to prepare for bed bug treatments, intoxicated behaviour in common areas, excessive noise and yelling, and strong odour from the rental unit.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 3, 2018. The Tenant must move out by April 3, 2018 and pay the Landlords $1,376.60, which includes compensation for use of the unit and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay by April 3, 2018, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
