What happened

Tenant applied for orders to determine if the Residential Tenancies Act applies and if the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant, entered the rental unit illegally and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex.

The ruling

The Residential Tenancies Act does not apply to this seasonal trailer park, as it is not equipped to provide the necessary services during the off-season. The Tenant's T2 application is dismissed as the Board has no jurisdiction.
