What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The parties reached a consent agreement before the hearing, but the Tenant disconnected from the hearing and was unable to reconnect.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $973 for rent arrears and costs, in monthly installments of at least $100 in addition to regular rent, until the arrears are paid in full by November 1, 2023. The Tenant shall also pay new rent on time and in full during this period. The Landlord is not seeking eviction on this application.
