What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent and persistent late payment of rent.
The ruling
The Landlord's application was resolved by order CEL-660306-17, issued on July 10, 2017. The reasons for the determination made in paragraph 11 of the order are that the Landlord's evidence regarding the leaking tap was more detailed and credible, and the Landlord was able to fix the tap when he visited the Tenant in January 2017.
