What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to an illegal act committed by the Tenants or another occupant, and because the Tenants, another occupant, or a person the Tenants permitted seriously impaired the safety of any person.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 7, 2017. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by March 7, 2017 and pay the Landlord $170 for the cost of filing the application. If the unit is not vacated by March 7, 2017, the Tenants must pay the Landlord $31.50 per day in compensation until they move out, and the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
