The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 30, 2022. The unauthorized occupant must vacate the rental unit by this date and pay $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the unit is not vacated by April 30, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement starting May 1, 2022.
