What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to an illegal act committed by the Tenant or someone living with the Tenant, and the behavior of the Tenant or someone living or visiting the Tenant has seriously impaired the safety of another person, which occurred in the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated as of June 30, 2016. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before June 30, 2016. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
