What happened

Landlord applied for an order to require the Tenant to pay rent arrears and compensation for damages caused by the Tenant or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $2,224.25 for rent arrears and $2,422.50 for damages. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 14, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
