The tenancy is terminated effective March 5, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $5,181.56 plus $26.30 per day from February 23, 2022 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by March 5, 2022, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
