What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, as evidenced by the Tenant repeatedly urinating in the stairwell, refusing to clean up, exposing himself, tampering with smoke/CO detectors, and causing a flood in the hallway.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective December 3, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the unit is not vacated by December 3, 2022, the Tenant must pay the Landlord $21.37 per day in compensation until the Tenant moves out.
