What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the lawful rent in full and on time for each consecutive month commencing December 2020 and continuing through November 2021. If the Tenant fails to make the payments, the entire balance will become due and payable, and the Landlord can apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $190 for the application filing fee.
