What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy of Tenant and to have an unauthorized occupant of the rental unit evicted.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Unauthorized Occupant shall move out of the rental unit on or before October 28, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by October 28, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (the Sheriff), so that the eviction may be enforced.
