What happened

The Co-op applied to end the occupancy and evict the Member due to conduct that substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of other members and the Co-op's lawful rights. The Member's behavior included making unfounded accusations, discriminatory comments, and creating an uncomfortable living environment for housemates.

The ruling

The Board ordered the termination of the Member's occupancy rights and eviction from the unit by May 31, 2015. If not vacated by then, the Co-op may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting June 1, 2015.
